15 Year Fixed

Great loan to payoff your principal balance in a hurry. Low fixed rate for a 15 year period. Highly recommended loan product for borrowers using their homes as forced savings. Larger portion of payment applied to principal for the first 5 years than a 30 year fixed.

30 yr. Fixed

Great loan product for borrowers with a fixed income. Payment stays the same for the life of the loan. No month to month payment shock. Rates are still near all time lows. Refinance into a 30 year fixed and open a line of credit at the same time. Allows a low mortgage payment with the ability to tap the cash in your home.

30 yr. Fixed - Interest Only

This is the standard 30 year fixed program with an Interest Only payment option which offers a very low monthly payment. The loan interest only for the first 10 year and then recasts for 20 years thereafter, fully amortized. This is another program excellent for 1st time home buyers and for those looking to buy larger homes or maximize cash flow.

30 yr. Fixed 100% Financing

This program is specific to purchases and offers the same benefits as a regular 30 year fixed with no down payment. Great for 1st time home buyers.

30 yr. Fixed Jumbo

Same loan product as a 30 year fixed, but for loan amounts above $417,000. Payment remains the same thoughout the life of the loan. Open a line of credit to free up the equity in your home.

40 yr. Fixed

Very similar to a 30 year fixed but paid back over the a longer period, therefore reducing your monthly mortgage payment. This program is excellent for those looking to purchase a larger home of trying to maximize cash flow.

5/1 ARM

Excellent loan product for the borrower who wants a low rate and low payment. Ideal for the borrower who is staying in the home for 6-7 years. Some products allow the loan to convert to a fully amortizing mortgage after 5 years. Great mortgage for a starter home and borrowers who expect their income to increase.

FHA/VA 30 YR. Fixed

Low down payment and low interest rates. FHA/VA loans now are offered in 3 and 5 year adjustable rate loans. Very little cost to the borrower associated with these loans. VA loans offer 100% financing with no mortgage insurance.
